As a reminder for in person sessions, I am no longer in Peterborough effective Friday Jan 30, 2026. I have relocated to Norwood, effective February 1, 2026. My new address is 31 King St. Norwood, ON. where you will find me inside Nu Roots Health. There is plenty of off street parking available. Online booking is now available for the Norwood location, please feel free to go ahead and book your preferred appointment times, please note that there is now more in person availability.

Returning Clients: waitlist feature For my current clients please use the waitlist feature to let me know dates and time you would like to book an appointment this lets me know and I can then reach out directly to those interested to offer them available time slots that come available due to a cancellation.

My formal education includes a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a B.A from Trent University in Psychology and Sociology, and a Social Service Worker diploma from Fleming College. I am a Registered psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and a member with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapist Association.
