Due to a family tragedy I will need to take some time away from my practice to attend to what’s needed during this time.

At the moment, I will be taking the month of April off and have a tenative return date of mid May but I will reach out with an update as soon as I have a better sense of things.

Thank you for your understanding and patience—it truly means a lot.

If you find yourself in crisis or needing immediate support, please reach out to your local crisis line, visit the nearest emergency department, or contact 911. If you would like, I can also follow up with some additional support options when I’m back in touch.

As a reminder for in person sessions, I am no longer in Peterborough effective Friday Jan 30, 2026. I have relocated to Norwood, effective February 1, 2026. My new address is 31 King St. Norwood, ON. where you will find me inside Nu Roots Health. There is plenty of off street parking available. Online booking is now available for the Norwood location, please feel free to go ahead and book your preferred appointment times, please note that there is now more in person availability.

Returning Clients: waitlist feature For my current clients if you are booking online and do not find your desired time or date please use the waitlist feature this lets me know and I can then reach out directly to those interested to offer them the available time slot.

My formal education includes a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a B.A from Trent University in Psychology and Sociology, and a Social Service Worker diploma from Fleming College. I am a Registered psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and a member with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapist Association.
