Holiday Time Off

Please note that I will be taking time off for the holidays from Wednesday, December 24, 2025, and will be returning to the office on Monday, January 5, 2026.

Upcoming Office Move

I’m excited to announce that my office will be relocating from Peterborough to Norwood, effective February 1, 2026. My new address will be 31 King St. Norwood, ON. you will find me inside Nu Roots Health. There is plenty of off street parking available. Online booking is now available for the Norwood location, please feel free to go ahead and book your preferred appointment times, please note that there is now more in person availability. If you have any questions or concerns please bring them to your next session or reach out to me via email at hold.hope.services@gmail.com.

Returning Clients: waitlist feature For my current clients if you are booking online and do not find your desired time or date please use the waitlist feature this lets me know know and I can then reach out directly to those interested to offer them the available time slot.
